In The Mood- December Edition

Well, here we are—the final month of 2024! I can’t believe it’s already December. This year has flown by, and what a year it’s been. We’ve wrapped up several projects I’m so proud of and kicked off new ones across the country. It’s been a whirlwind, but such an exciting journey.

 In the Mood: Red

For the final In the Mood color of the year, I’ve chosen red—a timeless hue that feels especially fitting for December.

In design, red symbolizes passion, energy, and warmth. It commands attention, evokes emotion, and can transform a space with its bold presence. Whether used in small accents or as a statement wall, red brings drama and sophistication to any interior.

For the holidays, red takes on an especially festive role. It captures the joy and tradition of the season, from the crimson glow of ornaments to the warmth of flickering candles. Red is vibrant, celebratory, and the perfect hue to close out the year.

Reflecting on the Holidays

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with good food, family, and some much-needed downtime. I stayed home and hosted this year, which is always one of my favorite things to do—especially in my new home and dining room.

As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on my goals for 2025 and all the possibilities ahead. It’s a mix of hope and excitement for what’s to come.
